EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT:  Submit before 11:59 p.m. on July 21 and save $10 per entry. Save 15% on each additional entry.

Non-Member Rates: 
Per entry: $77.00

Entry fees may be paid by credit card online at the time of entry, or you may mail a check to the following:
